Most employers do background checks . Some do more extensive background checks which would show every little thing and others will just check to see if your "wanted" or felon

In Ca. DMV will not disclose the suspicion of driving under the influence unless you where convicted of the offense. However the failure to appear will show up as well as what the failure to appear was for, all on a regular DMV background check.

It depends on the type of background that the employer runs. If it is a government agency it is very likely that all of these will show up.

If they contract with an agency that checks all public records this could show up. Always be honest when asked. You don't need to volunteer this info unless asked. If you falcify an application you can be fired without further cause.
