i was talking about religion.... sometimes people "feel" a calling towards something and discover it was what they were looking for... that's all i meant.

I think that there is a power. I just beleive people gave it different names. There are too many miracles in nature for it all to be circumstance. I have no strong beliefs, except that an open mind will take you far, if you wish to go.

I started down my pagan path in high school (about 1986), reading mythology and being drawn into the stories. I started identifying with things in that sort of context - seeing the divine in the world around me, instead of as some abstract individual on a cloud somewhere.
It wasn't until the late 90s that I found the term "Wicca" and learned that many of its beliefs matched my own.

I was raised by my Christian mother whom has more Deist-type beliefs than anything. Thus, I was a "Christian" with Deist beliefs up until the time I was eleven and I found Wicca.
Very recently (I'm twenty-four now), I have been leaning towards my Deist roots. They're inner-lacing with my Wiccan beliefs. It's quite a powerful combination! It's amazing the clarity I see now.

I was raised polytheistic with no named religion. 15 years ago I learned about neo-paganism which shares a lot of my practices and I added some new ones. 3 years ago I narrowed it down to a specific neo-pagan religion that works for me. But I still feel that my particular practices are nameless---and I'm okay with that.

I decided I was agnostic when I figured out that Christianity (I was raised a Christian) just wasn't working for me. I'm still looking for what faith suits me best, right now I'm in a sort of "I don't know" state.

This was when I was about 9. Although I suppose Jesus was always in my home.
....with it I felt safe and I wanted to keep that feeling. I have never questioned it.
My Grandmother spilled a gal of milk in the floor.
She said "Thank you Jesus". That sounded crazy, seeing the mess.
"Why come you said that?"
She replied "Oh, I wanted to say something else, but I caught myself and said THANK YOU JESUS, and knew the devil heard me while he was laughing and ran like heck."
Get away from me devil, he is afraid of me praising God. He knew he was not going to get me!

Age 16. I got fed up with all the bull**** the born-again Christians were trying to feed to me and got sick of the Bible's blatant manipulation. I decided to become an agnostic theist.

Well, I knew there was a God and a Jesus my whole life. But I understood the concept of God better than I understood the concept of Jesus (as Lord and Saviour). I asked Jesus into my heart in my late teens. I was baptized at 19.

Which faith you are talking about? Neither faith or human being chooses faith or vise-versa!
