It is God's plan that mankind should be with him - and nothing that satan can do will defeat God's plan - the mere notion is absurd!
I'm not saying that nobody will go to hell, but if satan does do his worst, which he is always doing, then even then God will prevail.
Anyway, on the note of the worst things satan has done, I would say that one of them is convincing people he doesn't exists.

Dress little girls in the same clothes as street corner whores, and then teach all the children that abstinance is Not an Option, Arrange to put lawyers in charge of the only truely Free Country on the globe, and then slowly infiltrate drugs, rebellion, bigotry, perversions, abuse, hatred, Murder, and actual Sex acts into every possible means and meathod of communication untill they all think that it's Normal, and Even Common for the kids to abuse others, kill, steal, lie, take, and refuse to learn ... THEN I'll tell them that the Bible is only a best selling novel... and no one gets royalties on it... and once the human race has managed to strip all the oxygen producing plants and trees off the face of the planet, paved the farms over, and convinced themselves that opposite sex marriages are disgusting and should be kept indoors if not outlawed altogether .... then I'll tell them which face in the mirror is actually Mine......... Of course, you'll have heard the little line... "... Satan convinced Man that he did not exist ..."

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.

The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of God plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.

Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.

Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.

Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

Rape the females until their guts gush out. burn the men. anyway, you get the jiff. why? because if I were Satan, I would be pretty pissed off at the "dark and gruesome" image that society has described me. or phrases like "don't sin, or you will spent the rest of your life in hell with Satan." What's wrong with Satan? maybe it is God that is the evil one.
