I haven't had a lot of sex, but I have had sex, and the guy I'm seeing right now hasn't. I know I shouldn't feel weird but I can't help thinking about it and how it will be if I do have sex with him. I remember my first time and how awkward it was, I don't want to be part of an awkward first time again. How should I proceed with this? Anyboby else gone through this?

Well, the only way to not be part of another awkward first time is to never have sex with this guy. The good news is some guys just have great natural talent. Take it slow. Enjoy doing all the nonsex activities. Work on being able to communicate with each other. This all will help make it a bit less awkward.

I was the virgin guy in your question. It was a bit awkward, but it felt good to have the virginity monkey off my back. Like, hey, I am finally a man. My advice to you is to be loving and make it as comfortable as possible for the two of you. Also, don't giggle or laugh if he doesn't last very long.

Actually, that's how it was for my husband and me. He was a virgin, but it wasn't awkward. The most important thing to do is to communicate. It may be weird, but every time you fool around at all, tell him what you did or didn't like. My hubby and I have always been really open...and the sex has always been great.

Wait till your married! Do you think that might be the reason he is still a virgin? Sex is sooo special and it is meant for marriages only! If your only in it for the sex, you are in it for the wrong reasons. And if that's something you think about often, then you should ask yourself why you are dating him... is it because you see yourself marring him one day, or just sex? If the answer is sex, then leave the man alone!

Maybe before you guys actually have sex, maybe u can suggest reading a book on sex, like say, he Kama Sutra. Maybe it'll be less awkward. Talk about it. Fool around. Then when he feels comfortable enough, it wont be as awkward.
