is it bad if i eat out a my favrite chines restront once every week or two if i eat healty evey day and work out evey other day?? it cant be that bad can it besides how many fat chines people do see? and what is the best thing to eat in the mornig thats not full of fat cals and bad stuff?

It is never bad to eat out once a week ...after what u been doing at the gym n eating healthy..

U work hard so pamper yrself to little treats .....u deserve it !

u can have : -

a two slices of whole meal toast bread with jam n a cup of low fat milk or milo (without the milk n sugar).....

b. a small bowl of low fat cereal

c. a small bowl of oat meal ..using low fat milk ....(add in fruits like banana)

d. youghurt n fruit ...

Try to have a piece of fruit for yr breakfast .good for ya!

its fine to give yourself a treat, but maybe it depends on where u r eating. subways fine, McDonalds isnt. get my point? i think you should try maybe like 2 or 3 times a month instead of 4 or 5.in the morning, eat a bowl of special k or cheerios or something. i love special k red berries. just be sure to keep up your good work or u will gain weight.
