I don't think so..I mean you were to find them at homedepot or some other garden store. Then yeah you can say that they are legal. If marijuana is illigal so is the sead. Common sense.
But people do sell them. You can buy them on the streets - 5 for $50 that I know of...high price. But you get your money's worth. =]

U can bet your weed on it a friend of mine from high school got busted with 10 pounds of seed and receive ten years probation.This happen in Texas I dont know about any other state.

It depends which state you live in. Nevada has a "no tolerance" law.
I saw this episode of 'Cops' where they arrested this guy for having ONE seed in the trunk of his car.
They'd pulled him over for a moving violation; then tossed his car until they came up with this ONE seed. They cuffed him, and hauled him off.
That's pretty red if you ask me.
