Biotin, and msm are knows to make your hair grow faster, it also helps wth reversing grey hairs.
Both are good, in conunction as well. I havent found a shampoo that works, it has to come from the inside!

prenatal vitamins and drinking alot of water, hair is made of dead cells, so taking vitamins help your body push out more dead cells

i have been using this product and it made my hair grow. It's not like extremely fast but it does work IF you follow the directions.
