Here’s what I do:
8AM – Oats / cereal, a glass of aloevera juice and a fruit
11AM- Green tea / Tender coconut water + 2 wheat biscuits / fruit
1.30PM – A bowl of steamed veggies, a cup of rice, chicken / fish, yogurt
3PM – Green / herbal tea
4PM – Eat any oil free snack / dry fruits n nuts / fresh fruit of your choice
8PM – Soup, salad, grilled fish / chicken
9Pm – Seasonal fruit
Mid night snack - plenty of popcorn
Do not:
Eat fruits just before / after a meal
Drink water in between meals
Bathe after eating
Do’s:
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
If you don’t work out – brisk walk for about 30 -45 minutes helps
Keep yourself active for e.g. clean your room, experiment with cooking, take your dog out for a walk – you don’t realize your calories are burnt in more ways than one!
I am a single working woman and have been following this diet for almost 3 months and lost 4 kilos. Feel so slim and healthy. Try, it works! The key lies in eating something when you’re hungry yet not over indulge! Then try to burn it! No pain no gain!

Drink lots and lots of water. Every time you get hungry drink a tall glass of cold water and wait for about 10 - 15 minutes, your hunger will stop. But only do this if your over eating, do not do it to be anorexic.

A 1/2 cup of oatmeal is a good amount of food and very filling! Add a fiber pill or fiber powder in there and you're good to go! You'll be full in no time and the feeling will last for a long time.

Drink a tall glass of ice water, especially before each meal. You'll eat less and you will be plenty hydrated. I've read some studies that suggest people who like to snack at night think they are hungry, when in fact they are dehydrated.

Exercise, drink a lot of water and best of all take stress pills.
Buy a stress ball.. :) Buy cashew nuts, apples, grapes and oranges to munch on. Never opt for fastfood.

Drink water when you feel stressed. It'll take away the cravings to eat. Especially if your not hungry.

I brush my teeth. If your teeth are clean maybe you won't want to eat. It works for me anyway.
