does it make a difference if green tea is drank cold or hot?

Because I always read magazines saying that "hot green tea will help make you lose weight"
What about cold green tea?

Not just any green tea will do that. But most of the weiht reduction teas are green tea, according to the lables. But not one green tea has all the benefits as Green Tea Plus tea, which they say on the radio show about it, weekly, can be added to anyuthing and drank hot or cold. But most teas can be consumed hot or cold, so yes, It hink you could drink it cold.

usually people dont mention cold green tea because alot of people tend to add things like sugar or other sweeteners to the tea when its cold. they also add things like lemon juice and other flavors which add calories.

hot green tea doesnt taste good with sugar or things added so people say it helps you lose weight since its a calorie-free beverage. cold green tea will help too as long as you drink it plain with nothing added. if you need some sweetness, try adding a bit of splenda.

I don't think it makes much difference. Personally i do not like the taste of cold Green tea. The tried and true method of losing weight (and doctor approved) is proper diet and exercise.
