wad if....this guy is really handsome? and... alot of girls are after him. but he doesn't go around lending discs to his other friends. but he offered to lend me one without me asking.

Until he actually makes a move, it is difficult to really know! But sometimes you can tell; in the way he will look at you; or it's a `gut' feeling - but until he does something about it, it's all speculations!

It is never easy to know until he date you out otherwise you have to see if he drop any hints like showing concern to you. It is the minor things that actually indicates that he like you. So do look out for this signs

If he is always suddenly around you, if he talks to you a lot, if he asks you out on a date, if he calls you then hangs up the phone, if he acts all nervous around you.

I would say if he is flirtatious and talks to you. If he avoids you, or walks the other way when he sees you coming, obviously he doesn't. It's pretty simple really.
