What these verses display are God's wrath and judgment which is wholly in line with His attributes. This is wrath and judgment incurred by the choice of these places' inhabitants to do and be evil.

This judgment was not God acting arbitrarily or without merit. He is acting in righteousness, which is far from evil.

I encourage you to read the entire book, and learn from example God’s ultimate treatment of evil. Amid the indictment and judgment there is instruction and hope to be found.

Edit: And to be clear, this judgment of Ethiopia was carried out via Nebuchadnezzar's invasion and conquest of Egypt (cf. Ezek. 30:24,25).

Blasphemy is denying that God is God. i'm a Christian and recognize that God isn't evil. If the following were evil, then those who deny Him or bypass hostile to Him could be in a international of harm. besides the undeniable fact that, He has chosen mercy for them and promises them yet another danger. i do not ever declare to understand what God is wondering. I pray to God and let Him to reveal me His solutions and how He needs me to bypass and the failings He needs me to do. i am going to admit that i do not continuously like His solutions, yet He is prevalent with what's suited for me. for instance, my husband and that i really needed to purchase a house in a particular community. We worked with the monetary corporation for a million a million/2 years attempting to get this abode that were forclosed on. I prayed confusing that God could allow us to get this abode. besides the undeniable fact that, no longer before, God thoroughly closed this door of probability. i replaced into very upset and disillusioned. I cried, prayed, requested why, etc. nicely, God knew what i did not. i realized very last week that there replaced into defective eletrical artwork contained in the bedroom.
