If you pop it, your brain my leak out, so be careful...I would apply alcohol using a wash cloth soaked with alcohol until it clears up...but really a zit that big will ooze and bleed...you don't cut them off as it wil leave a scar as big as the zit...have you ever seen a dermatologist? maybe you should

Anyone that lets anything get that big and doesn't go to the doctor should have his heads examined.

I doubt its a zit.... looks like and infeted sebaceous cyst. meet a dermatologist.
Dont try to break it/ pop it. try hot formentation and topical antibiotic cream.

i wouldnt cut it off clean and use that cream stuff it will go away
if your a kid and want it now docters could get rid of dont do it yourself
