I may be a woman, but I have similar problems. I wake up every day and take a deep breath, you just have to reassure yourself that once you hit rock bottom, the only way to go is up. I'm single now for 5 years, and still have a hard time dating... however work has never been so great.

Please don't blame all ladies for the bad behavior of one... You have to understand that not all women want to cause you pain. When you feel like you are ready to try again, you just have to watch for warning signs. If everything looks good, then proceed slowly. Remember that now you know what to look for and you can walk away... After my divorce I actually felt impowered because I was 100% sure what I didn't want in a partner.

It will take a lot of time to trust again. But you have to start with yourself. Get yourself back on track. You can't get everything back over night but start with one thing that you really need and move forward take your time and work on yourself before you worry about a relationship it took me 10 years to trust again.

Get out of the area you live in. I done this 2 times and I always got away from the situation.. I moved out of the area so I didn`t have to deal with it but stayed close enough to see my kids!!!

I know that when your heart is broken it is hard to heal... If you find it hard to trust ladies, I suggest praying about it... God will show yo the way
