A woman isn't satisfied by what I assume you're asking about. A woman needs to feel appreciated and wanted, then she likes hands and fingers and kissing and a nice warm tongue. After all that, how long you last while you're THERE, only adds to her pleasure, but she is not defined by it. If she has not gotten "hers", then it's nice for you to last until then. But by the time you get to that point, she should be well primed and ready. If she's not, you haven't done your job well, my friend!
