NO, this is the REAL way, DRINK A ton of WATER, EXERCISE TWICE A DAY, TAKE VITAMINS, DRINK A TON OF WATER, MAYBE SOME CRANBERRY JUICE< AND JUST FLUSH FLUSH FLUSH< EAT, CRAP, PEE AND FLUSH YOUR BODY AND YOU WILL PASS ,,unless u SMOKE LIKE 10 joints a day for like 6 months then it mite be hard, but if your "occasional smoker listen to my advice, and on pee day,,, have a full bladder and take your vitamins, dont make it your first pee of the day either

Well, it depends on how much you smoke, but the first step is to not smoke anymore for the next two weeks, stay well hydrated, and I'd even put on a little weight.

Drink lots of orange juice till then. A tablespoon of vinegar twice a day works faster but taste awful. Use both to be sure. >:/
