I was done taking a bath outside my trailer and decided to take a nap outside and enjoy nature. I had a dream that I was being raped and it felt so real. Well, I woke up and noticed that my neighbors dog Eubert was mounting me from behind. I tried to get him off but he was locked on to me. Are there laws against this. Can I charge a dog with rape? Can I sue the trailer park? Or should I sue the owner.

One last question: If the dog os convicted what sentence would it get. This is not a joke people as i have been crying everyday because of this. I dont know what to do

I can't say I know any laws regarding this particular situation.
First of all are there any witnesses? No? Without a witness you'll have a hard time.
I doubt the dog will confess. Pit bulls are known to be very closed mouthed.
the thing of it is this. I know if a dog mounts your leg there's not much of a law that I'm aware of, against it. I know that some people when that happens, if the dog has a happy ending, send the bill to the dogs owner for the dry cleaning.
Suing I never heard of. But hey, you could try.
You best hope is that being you couldn't get him off, frustrated, he'll probably try it again with someone else.
Maybe they could do DNA,or,..
You might be able to get your neighbor on the leash law if your state has one. The pit bull wasn't on a leash when this happened, right?
What you should do is hard to say, Either buy a steak or don't lie outside. Actually you should never lie where people know better.
Do you have any idea how old the dog is? He might not even be old enough to convict. Are you the older of the two? By how much?
Being that you probably can't sue, demand the dog for yourself and than sell it to the porn business for a tidy sum. It would be better than nothing.
Hey, good luck with whatever you decide.

OMG!! What will the neighbors think now? Where was Argus?? That poor little dog will never be the same. I would have to say that the blame lays totally on you. They are attracted by certain smells of a woman and were you not in the store the other day lifting some bread and some rags cause you couldn't afford those woman things? I don't think there's anything you can do legally. Face it, you might have puppies. :)

You may want to seek professional help from a psychiatrist, and then see what they say about it. I would suggest a lawyer for that too, but you might get laughed at by them (although with a good lawyer, you can sue anyone for just about anything as well).

Your case does sound unusual, but if it's causing you this much grief and suffering, you might have a case for court to sue the neighbor (not much can be done about the dog I think, but the neighbor can be held liable for not keeping their dog properly restrained and keeping an eye on them).

How will you be able to prove that it was your neighbor's dog? what if there are other dogs such as Eubert in the trailer park or surrounding areas? If you can prove it was the neighbor's dog, then you may have a case. You would sue the owner and then the dog will have to be put to sleep. I would get tested for rabies, heart worms and other diseases that may have been transmitted in the awful act.

Were you bathing nude outside? How did he get your pants down? Did sthe Pit-Bull have his teeth around your neck? Did the neighbors not here you screaming, or were you afraid too? How long did this RAPE LAST? Just curious!

But to answer you question I think you would be laughted out of court. The only solution I can think of is for you to purchase a female pit bull about the age of the dog that raped you.

How does your boyfriend feel, or your husband feel after the rape. I would hate to know that when we each made love I would never be able to get it out of my mind that a "dam dog" just raped my wife. You know there are perverts out that that will have sex with amimals. I seen it in Tijuana, Mexico many years ago. Sick, sick wet-backs...Also how did it feel anal wise?

not sure if you should see a vet or a doctor to get the evidence
and the dog may be held accountable if you can prove it was rape.
if a guy rapes you .his parents cannot be sued for that .
it would be the same with the dog .
so it looks like it is between you and the dog .
And he is bound to say(woof) that it was with your consent,
and by the sounds of your story ,it was
it was only after wards that you objected about it.

see a good animal lawyer, but i think that you will have to accept this as just another experience

NO!! Do not sue. This has been your lucky day. You can sell the human puppy's to a circus and make tons of money. Stay in your trailer until you give birth so the dog owner does not fight for custody rights!

CONGRATS on your soon to be human pups!! Awww.

Can a poor innocent pooch help it if he is attracted by your beauty? Dogs do what dogs do. Take the dog to Judge Judy and see what happens.

And what are you complaining for, in the first place? Think of this new love interest as the answer to your troubles with Argus !!

Wow, that's really sad this happened to you. I didn't know ppl could take baths outside of their homes. Anyway, I'm sure there are laws for your sitituation. It's the owner's responsibility to monitor their pets. If it abused you in anyway, then sue the neighbor. It could have given you a disease.
