I work out everyday. I weigh 161 pounds, im 6 feet tall, my body right now looks alright. I have an okay lil six pack, it could look better, my arms are cut but I want to get them bigger and I also need to build up my chest. I take a protein shake after I work out but thats it. I work out a different body part everyday to keep the body guessing. So mainly I want big arms and a big chest and a nice six pack. Im not to to far from my goal but any advise from anyone would help. Well thanks for your advise.

I do goto the gym, everyday. I want to know if there are any good supplements out there or any workout tips.. If you have something dumb to say then feel free to keep it to yourself. Thanks

Go to the gym only 3-4 times/week, and to add sive and get cut are oxymorons so pick one or the other for now. Increase your protein to 1.5g/pnd and carbs should be at least 2g/pnd. Fats should be at 30% to increase testosterone. RM-certified lifecoach

Don't worry so much about your perfect body- work on your
insides. I was always turned off by the superficial people who
spent all their time looking at their muscles. Good grief.
I always thought that someone who was so concerned with
their outsides was insecure about their insides. I still feel that
way.

So, I'm sure you're a real hunk. If someone doesn't like you because you're not beefy enough they should pound sand.

My plan:
M - walk and jog mix 45 minutes: 15 minutes of stretching
W -walk and jog mix 30 minutes: 30 minutes of jump roping (took a while to get to this continuous point, but I have great legs)
F- walk with 5lb weights for 45 minutes : 200 crunches in 4 sets of 25

T & TH- Billy Blanks Boot Camp 1 hour (usually on these nights, depends on how eating went I will end my night with 200 crunches)

This has really sculpted my body. Hope this helps!!!

You are in perfect shape. 161 is just right or a little under the healthy weight. If you have even a little bit of six pack, thats good. You are fine, dont go anneroxic or ACD on us all!

Run for 30 minutes a day for everyday. This will not just give you a very good body shape but will also make you strong and healthy. It will also give you a good sense of feeling about yourself.

Perfection doesn't exist in real life...so forget that idea and just work to get your bod in the best shape you can, and you'll be more satisfied...

That's my advice (not advise,although I did advise you...advise is the action, advice is the thing)...and also try a web search for fitness sites...you'll find tons of useful information from professionals...

If you work at a decent enough job and have time, go to the gym and get a personal trainer. Or just go ask some of the guys for advice.

Eat fatty food before you work out. The body burns the fat and turns it into muscle.

You want to get bigger dude you gotta eat, a lot.....
Heavier weights less reps will build bulk
Lighter weights more reps will get you cut
