A) No option... Fry 'em
B) Yes an option is a good idea.
C) Well serious drugs do kill people. Yes. Fry 'em.
D) HELL Yes. Terrorism should be a capitol offense. (emphasize the period) Fry 'em.

I'm also for incinerating child molesters.

Yes to all and i'll add sexually molesting a child to the list. I must disagree with those who don't feel dealing drugs warrants the death penalty. I can understand your sentiment...in a way I think what someone puts in his body is his own business no matter how stupid it is but there are a couple facts to be considered. Drug dealers don't care who they sell to. If a 12 year old has the money they will sell. This is abuse...they don't care about the life of a child or anyone elses. Secondly, beyond organized crime, much of the money made in illegal drug sales ends up in the hands of international terrorists. For those who are recreational drug users, think about that the next time you make a purchase. So again...yes...capital punishment for all those listed.

P.S. I'd like to add that there have been some crimes involving extreme cruelty and sadistic acts which did not result in death that I feel also warrant the death penalty.

Murder Rape Conspiracy to commit mass murder yes death penalty to for all of them, don't forget child moestation. Dealing drugs no. Because that is a choice that the reciever makes. Harsher drug penalties definently.

why would dealing drugs be in this list and not child molestation? Dealing drugs belongs in a whole other catagory. For all A, B & D plus child molestation, only if they could prove beyond a shadow of a doubt... and that does NOT mean with a snitch testimony, but video surveillance or bodily fluid type proof only. Some crimes are committed for a just reason, we are still ruled by nature, rape my child or if I was a man, my wife.. I will kill you, and it should be thrown out, but the sick fxckers that get off on it are a waste of skin, air and taxpayers money.

I think it should be an option for murder and in some rape cases. Definitely not for drug dealing (unless the drug being dealt is being used to kill people). I don't think it should be used for conspiracy to commit murder until someone actually dies. Then it should be an option.

I think it should be available to use on particularly violent and brutal criminals, especially those who hurt children.

No. I dont believ in Capital Punishment . I also find it funny that very often the same people who scream that abortion is murder and we should respect the sanctity of life are the same one's who think the death penalty is A OK.

No to all of them, not because I believe that capital punishment is wrong, I just think it's a worse punishment to spend your entire life in a prison cell. Not to mention that the cost of an execution is usually much more than the cost of life imprisonment.

In Texas we have an express lane to death row for a, b and d. c is not so much so, but maybe if more were getting the proper sentence there would be less chance of them coming to TX...
There should be a death sentence for these things but it needs to be carefully considered before it is administered...

No, let the punishment fit the crime. Capital Punishment should be for murderers only.

No to all of those.

Capital punishment doesn't deter crimes because criminals don't figure on getting caught.

Plus what punishment could be worse than spending the rest of your life in prison?
