there are plenty of programmes, i think sonicstage does that.

i use Power Mp3, Wma converter. Its awesome cause it converts any music file to a diff format and you can change the bit rate too so u can make the file size smaller. problem with it is that in free version you can convert 1 file at a time and then you have to wait 5 seconds. http://www.cooolsoft.com/#pcvt


and yes sonicstage does that too, not sure of the website and too lazy to reserch, it came free with my computer.

I dont think you should try to
Convert a
AUDIO file to a VIDEO file.

But if you are sure to convert them, use ADOBE PREMIERE to merge audio and Video Sources.
