Should he wear it or does the woman only wear an engagement ring? Just wondering.....

the woman wears the engagement ring...
the guy doesn't have to wear any ring yet (yes, it is an unfair world). however, if you want, you can get him a ring too but not the wedding band as the wedding band should be wore after your wedding.

I would think the woman only wears the engagement ring. It sounds like a woman who wants people to know her guy is taken :-) She will just have to trust him and he can just tell people he is engaged.

Never heard of a man wearing an engagement ring, however, it is a sign he is promised to someone and would serve the same purpose as a girl wearing one. I think it is a fantastic idea!

It depends on the couple. Some men like the thought of having an engagement ring................but you should do something simple and then get him some what of an up grade for the ceremony. This is also nice, if you have a man that doesn't like to be too flashy in his everyday life, but likes to dress up for special occasions.......this way he has a choice!

I gave my fiancee a band. I said, "if I am going to be engaged and wear a ring, so will you." He loved it.

I think it is okay to wear it but traditionally,only women wear the engagement ring.

it depends on the couple. some men might want to wear it. one of my frinds wore not a wedding ring but a silve band on the wedding finger, so it really depends on the person.

Only women should till marraige according to tradition but if he loves you he should wear it for proof to everybody.
