If the Messiah comes (per Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Aztec tradition) or returns, (per Christian tradition), all traditions agree that he will have some very bad news for the powers that are running this world as one of suffering and madness.

Would the "powers that be" try to kill the Savior?

The "powers that be" is the spirit that rules this world. It is Satan, the deceiver of the whole world. And, yes, he has great influence upon men of the world, which means all (Jews, Gentile, and everyone else). If the Messiah or the Christ or the Anointed One should show his face in the world, no doubt the people would run him out of town on a rail or tar and feather him.

If the powers try to kill someone who we may think is the messiah or whatever name we want to give, that means no one in this world, especially the learned ones have learnt anything from our past mistakes.

In my opinion, if someone comes to earth to show us or the powers how evil some of us have been, it is in the interest of mankind to make sure that the person be kept alive at any cost and be obeyed at any cost.

Enough evil has prevailed. Let the world do something different if GOD has sent us a message.

I would hope we have learnt enough from the past to not repeat the same mistakes over and over again or it will mean we have not progressed in intelligence at all.

I doubt it.
The Torah teaches that when the messiah finally arrives there will be universal knowledge of G-d; as such, I don't think anyone would kill one of G-d's faithful servants. Of course, the guy might just be a crazy egomaniac, but I doubt it'll play out that way. besides, there'll also be world peace.

Unless he/she did something illegal that warrented death, then most likely it would be up to the majority of people of what should be done to him/her. They might try to kill him or her if they thought that he/she was going to cause a massive rebbellion of people that would lead to a massive war.

Well, it's a moot question, because there's no "savior" to come, now or ever.
