More so, yes. Countries where there is (or used to be) a lot of poverty tend to see all animals as a commodity rather than a family member.

It's unique to anyone. You don't have to be American, European, or Australian to love your dog

I don't think people should treat their dogs like they're better than humans or as "part of the family" they are just animals

I have a friend from Central America and I think she loves my dog more than I do. :)

Yes , but anybody can love their dog , we have so much that we over do it sometimes .
