In that case I would stick to serving them "au jus" which means "in their own juice". If you add any sort of sauce to them they will drip onto that all white attire, and cause more than one guest problems. Since you're going to be serving them as appetizers, why don't you try wrapping each one in a half strip of bacon before you bake them. You hold the bacon in place with a tooth pick, which would allow you to put the meatballs straight out on the serving trays after they're baked, as it makes the appetizer easier to pick up.

It is not quite ready made but very easy although I'm not sure how this would work with all white but just mix a jar of grape jelly with a bottle of Heinz Chili Sauce and simmer the meatballs in that. It really is yummy.

All white attire and sauce for meatballs really doesnt make a good match!! BBQ and grape jelly (strange but true) is the best meatball sauce there is.

Well, dear, I suggest you have some Shout available. BBQ or some type of spaghetti sauce are the only types that I think would go well with meatballs.

GO GREEK -- Check the specialty or "gourmet" section of your grocery store. Make sure you get a sauce, NOT jelly.
Option 1. Lemon Sauce or "Lemon Curd"
Option 2. Mint-Yogurt Sauce (super-easy to make)
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup minced fresh mint
1 garlic clove, minced (apx 1 tsp)
Combine yogurt, mint and garlic in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
PS: Use lamb instead of grdbeef to be authentic (it's pricey, but delish). Or use the highest grade beef you can afford. Cut back on the usual spices - less onion, no celery.

If you want to do meatballs, I know a recipe for meatballs, BBQ sauce, and grape jelly in a slow cooker. But you better make it a "Shorts and tank top attire" this can get messy.

with meatballs, you are going to either have to use a marinara type sauce or a BBQ type sauce. Just hope that your guests are not to messy or clumsy. Good Luck

I was just at a party and the meatballs were the best! One jar of grape jelly and one bottle of chili sauce heated together. Might not go with the theme of your party but it is delicious.

I would recommend a jar of ready made Alfredo Sauce, heat and combine all contents in a crock pot. It is not bad.

Beef gravy or white sauce in the jar is the best option. Open the jar, heat in microwave, pour over meatballs. Serve.
