die by drowning or in a fire?

i would rather drown, well because ive had friends hold their arm around my neck to make me pass out, and they cut off my air, and it wasn't that bad... but i cannot stand summer...to hot..so i would most definatley hate to burn to death..

it seems u can't get pass to heaven without burning even after ure dead so i think i'll pick fire so save my burning session before im sent to wherever

Hmm, tough choice. Not in the market for death, but I'll go with drowning. I like the water and at least I'd leave this earth someplace I liked visiting. Unless its the bath tub.
Uggh, what if you were burning alive on a shipboard fire, then fell overboard and drowned? Or worse, drowned in a lake of kerosene that was on fire? Ewwwww.....

some people who've come back from the brink of drowning have said that once the initial panic is over it's really quite relaxing!
i can't imagine burning to death is at any point relaxing and i wouldn't wish it on anyone, however in most fires the fumes will kill you before the actual flames so if that's the case it may be better than drowning!! who knows?! they both sound awful!!!
i'd like to die peacefully in my sleep like my dear old dad.....
not screaming like his passengers!

I would take water I am suppose to drown in, and put out the fire :)

I'd rather drown. There's a good chance I would have been sailing before I died, so I'd be happy. My sailing skills leave a lot to be desired.

i would say the fire. because the smoke would knock me out.
and because i have a horrible fear of drowning.
