Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

Leave off the .3. There is no need for it. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

i think you are over estimating your overweightness. my doctor told me that i needed to lose thirty pounds to be at a healthy weight. i am 5'3" and 170. keep in mind that your diet, or more precisly what you eat will also contribute to your tendency towards diabetes. here are a few tips my doctor gave me and a few that i have learned along the way.

1) watch the carbs- but do eat some since they are vital for energy
2) keep portions small- 1/2 cup is plenty. most of americans eat portion sizes two to three times what they should.
3) keep things balanced. the food pyramid really works! two- three servings of veggies; two-three servings of fruits; two- three servings from the dairy group, and try to get reduced or low-fat items; 2 servings of lean protein; 3-5 servings of grains
4) get moving! buy a pedometer and try to walk as much as you can each day. you'll be amazed at how many steps you can take in one day. go for a brisk walk for twenty minutes at least three times a week. ( my doctor defined brisk as fast as possible while still being able to have a conversation.)
5) swim if you enjoy it. everyone that nows how can do this. it's a great total body workout.
6) set a goal for say a period of three months. tell yourself, "ok in three months i want to lose 20 lbs, which is very reasonble.
7) you should only lose between one and two pounds per week. that is considered healthy. slow and steady weight loss means a greater reduction in loss of body fat. it also decreases the risk of you putting the weight right back on
8) remember that you have to maintain your exercise levels and your diet to keep the weight off.

good luck!

For starters, realize you will need about a year to lose this much weight.

Next, convince yourself you must burn more calories than you eat, every single day. This is not as difficult as you think. Don't take short cuts; go out of your way to find stairs rather than elevators and escalators. Don't take the nearest parking space. And on and on.

Lastly, ask yourself why you eat so much and why do you eat so many of the wrong foods? Eating less is easy; put smaller servings on your plate. Cutting out the wrong foods is much more difficult because they're probably all your favorites. You have to teach yourself to eat less of them. For example, if it's Oreos you like, only take 3 or 4 out of the package each day. Make that package last a week or more.

Start walking every night...and try to stay away from carbs (bread, potatoes, rice...etc). I've been trying to lose weight myself...and I've given up bread and soda's - so far I've lost about 5 pounds in 10 days. I've got 15 more pounds to go.

i just lost 65 lbs myself by riding a bike lifting about 15 lbs in weights and changing my diet to include alot of fruit and a ton of water. try not to have to much soda in a day. watch what you eat and for god's sake don't let anyone talk you into the adkins diet it is horrible for your brain. your brain needs carbs to function correctly. talk with a dietician if you can.
