I'm on a major diet I've lost 50 lbs so far. If I want something late at night I eat a apple or have you tried the new chips ahoy 100 calorie packs with a little skim milk. My doctor suggested the apples for the fiber. Or drink water it helps.

I usually grab a small bowl of cereal
if you want fruit, slice up a banana or add some berries to the cereal

A coke float is the best, but I guess you're against that.
You can go with tuna on crackers or a bowl of cereal.
