Tough question.
I think it depends on the rest of the hair style, and it depends on the girl. But generally, I would say side hair line for short hair, middle for long hair and pulled hair if she doesn't have a big forehead.

Well, I like a lady to have an air of self-confidence. For her to know she is a good person, with kind, gentle and tender features (both physical as well as her personality). These kinds of things go well with her appearance. Facial features, eyes (and their color), spacing of neck and head..... all combine to BE who you are. With those in mind.... how do you and YOUR apparance look best?
I'd suggest being really clean all the time---and when you've freshly showered.... experiment with your hair, just you and the mirror (door CLOSED) and get your own impressions of how you can basically put your hair that will present you nicely.

I like it pulled back in a ponytail but that's just my opinion.
