Can one accept a relationship based on friendship & common beliefs alone. Or does attraction actually play a part & is a prerequisite to a successful loving relationship. If so how does one learn to become affectionate with someone who is obviously a decent person but that you feel nothing for. I feel this is my last chance

I'm a helpless romantic and I do believe that it's highly important to be in love with someone to be involved with them. I really can't imagine sharing my most personal feelings and details, or sharing a better part of my days with someone I have no feelings for. I had to wait for a long long time to finally find someone perfect - someone who's my best friend and with so much attraction that we can't seem to keep our hands off each other - trust me, that's heaven on Earth. It will be worth the wait.

It has basically as numerous a great gamble of maximum efficient to a minimum of something greater as the different relationship or friendship does. Why does no longer it? i do no longer understand why you may ask this? it is not like there is a few psychological block that human beings have that save them from desiring love from their long term companions. i could say that it is not likely that in case you have been friends with somebody for an prolonged quantity of time without the two social gathering bobbing up a romantic pastime, that in the process that case, a romantic relationship isn't likely. there's a reason which you're basically friends with the those which you're basically friends with. If something greater have been probable, it may take place and you does no longer in elementary terms stay friends. it may desire to take place, despite the fact that it may desire to no longer take place. it is not impossible, neither is it probable. How previous are you, could I ask? i could think of which you're very youthful as you're naive.

In your case you would have to ask yourself what is more important to you. I believe there is usually the attraction that brings two people together and then you get to know them and like them for who they are. I feel the two go hand in hand, but we all know that beauty fades when we become elderly and there is still that attraction of being with our best friend.

Friendship, because if you have a boyfriend or girlfriend and you break up with them it ruins your FRIENDSHIP. You true friends always have your back.

It depends on who you are in love with or friends with...and you. For me, since i love love, I would go with love, it really just depends on what you are into, i guess.
