I was attacked by a detail of ancient Sumerians and they shot me and left me for dead but I came to and I'm alive and everything but I can't reach the arrow to pull it out. I broke the shaft trying to pull it out so now the arrowhead is loged in my back and I don't know how to get it out.
I can't go the the emergency room because last time I was there the nurse told me "if you come here again with one of your crazy stories I'm sending you to the asylum".
Please help me.

Honestly, this is definately someone bored in his life and needs attention...
However, none of the answers below are finite.
If this were a true incident, an xray would be the first option to find out exactly how the arrow is engaged into the body.
Pushing it through could cause major damage to other organs if they are in it's path.
surgically removing the arrow is the only true option...
If there was any reality to this story....
You should think about using your imagination to write short stories... At least then you might profit from your wild imagination.

Lets see... If it did not hit any major organs and your lungs are intact then I suggest you use the broken shaft and poke it back into the arrow hole. Then PUSH the arrow out through the front.
YES IT WILL HURT!!! YES IT WILL BLEED!! But you wont be able to pull it out the same way it came in because of the shape of the arrow.
Then proceed to the hopital and tell them a more believable story like you got shot. The police will come to investigate since all gun shots need to be reported. But you can say that you were shot from behind and you did not see the shooter.
Since the arrow came in from the back... forensics can verify this.

first,you will have to have someone pull it out for you,lay on your belly and have someone gag you with a cloth doused in whiskey,bite down hard.since the arrow is broke off and embedded in your back a bowie knife will work to pry it out,perhaps also you will have to be cut first since you cant tell which way the arrow has turned,good luck and health to you.

have you tried the animal hospital yet. they may keep you over night in a kennel but that does sound better than an asylum.

Set your back against a large redwood tree, then push backward. That should do it. But keep one out for bears!
