i have peachy toned skin, and blue-green-grey eyes. i want to have the underneath of my hair black.. and then add black and platinum blonde highlites. ive had my hair with brown and blonde highlights, and it looked good. but i want a drastic change.

How can you use black as a highlight if you have black underneath to begin with?

On second thought, just get yourself a racoon hat, bring the fad back!

Its trashy.... and to not point out in case you finally end up not liking it its a discomfort to get out of your hair. The bleaching + dying it black are 2 extremes and is rather undesirable on your hair
