I think what you really meant to say was: **FATHER**, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, as all 3 Persons Are Equally the One True God(Trinity).

The Father Is the First & Most Important Person Of the Holy Trinity. He Is the Creator of the entire universe, & all that exists therein.

Jesus, the Second Person Of the Holy Trinity, Is His Only Son. He Is God Incarnate, & the long-awaited Messiah. He Came Down from Heaven & Was Born Of the Blessed Virgin Mary, in order To Save us all from our sins. He Did this By His Suffering on the Cross, resulting in His Death, & Rose again.

The Holy Spirit Is the Third Person Of the Holy Trinity. The Holy Spirit Is God, because God IS a Spirit. It is Only Through Him that human beings are Sanctified(Made Holy), thus, become Prophets, Apostles, & Saints.

There are not 3 individual gods. There Is Only One True God: the Father, Son, & Holy Spirit.

There is an Almighty God who always has been here and never had a beginning or an end.
Colossians 1:15 and rev 3:14 says that Jesus was the first of his creations of long ago. by means of him all other things in heaven and earth was created. He is the one God was talking to when he said let us make man.
God has a powerful force he uses to create all things his holy spirit. It was poured out on 120 desciples so it can't be a person.
it is a power so powerful we cannot even imagine it.
It created the Universe of which the earths galaxie is a tiny part.

Here is a metaphor that has helped me to understand this.

The sun shines its light on everything. The sun sends down rays through which we see light and feel the heat of the sun. If you hold a perfectly polished mirror up to the sun it will reflect the light and heat of the sun. If we look into this mirror we can see the sun in the mirror- if we look at a rock or a tree, we can see they do not reflect the sun in nearly the same way.

This could be considered like the Holy Trinity. There are three parts to the metaphor. When you look at the sun, its rays of light, and its reflection in a mirror there are three different parts. Likewise you could say it is all one sun, this too would be true.

This is like the relationship between God (sun) and how we see his love and teachings reflected in the stainless mirror of Jesus. The Holy Spirit (the rays of the sun) is the energy that comes from God.

This is my understanding based on my beliefs as a Baha'i. Hope that helps at all.

Well, according to Christian belief, GOD is the Father while Jesus is the Son and the Holy Spirit is the third person of the trinity. They are separate spiritual beings but they are in union (the trinity); it doesn't mean that they are three different gods though (yes, it can be hard to understand/comprehend).

I suggest that rather than asking here, that you consult someone who is knowledgeable about these matters (a pastor); ask GOD Himself.
GOD bless you,
Patrick

God isn't a man, God is a trinity that consists of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. When Jesus was on earth he had an additonal role as the Son of God. The Spirit that dwelt in the Son of God while he was on earth was the Father.

Technically speaking, there is no difference, they are all one in the same being. Jesus was God's physical embodiment on Earth, while the holy spirit, well, I don't know. Catholics call it the Mystery of the Holy Trinity. A prienst might be able to explain it to you, but, well, it is a mystery.

It's Jesus, the father, and the holy spirit. Jesus is the material incarnation of god in the material world, the father is the aspect that connects god to this world, and the Holy Spirit is just god in general.

Or something like that. I've never really understood it entirely...

Well, let's be careful. The holy spirit was added in the 1500's and makes about as much sense as Scientology.

In short, God is real. Jesus was a real person (a really enlightened but human being) and the ghost thing is pure sensationalism.

This is kind of hard to understand and explain but here I go: God is the creator of everything, the first and the last, alpha and omega; Jesus is Gods Son who was sent here to die for our sins so that we can be saved; You recieve the Holy Spirit in your life when you become saved. This is the Trinity and are one. Its similar to an apple. There is the skin, the fruit, and the core but still it is all one apple.
