What do you do when you find out your wife after 3 yrs is unfaithful from the start, you have a 2 yr old almost lost it to the courts because of her drinking and sexual behavor? I already got rid of her I'm not that dumb but the child thing

Sorry to hear of your situation. But, there are things you can do. First, as someone already said, don't bad-mouth her to your child in any way. Then, if you can, get some kind of proof as to what kind of mother she is(or isn't). That way, if for some reason she wanted to try to take your little girl away, you can show that she is an unfit parent and the girl is better off with you. Sucks that things happened that way for you, but the well-being and happiness of your child is of the utmost importance. Best of luck to you.

You can get custody if she is an unfit parent.
One major point- no matter HOW bad she is, NEVER say anything negative to your kid about her. As a child of divorce, I much less resent the days my dad didn't pick me up as he was supposed to than the comments from my mom about how he must not love me or else he would pick me up.

You obviously care about your daughter. Thank goodness you've gotten rid of your wife!
Get a laywer... a good one... and get your daughter back! She belongs with you... You deserve to be able to give her the happiness and stability she needs growing up. Good luck!!!!!!!

i'm not sure what your question is, but the child is your child no matter who the momma is, always put your children first, everything will be fine
