Your wording is slightly off, "break up with her." makes it sound like a dating relationship. If you are talking about a work situation (secretary), then tell her what is expected. Remind her of the scheduled time for lunch. Let her know that the long lunches are a problem.
The next time it happens, sit down with her and give her a written reprimand that goes in her file. The third time it happens, you probably should fire her.

If she is not taking too long doing you on her lunch then yes break up with her, but don't fire her. You want to leave the door open for those late night booty calls.
