don't send her an email, that is so childish. you never said why your gf won't speak to you anymore, so maybe she has good reason. but if she won't communicate with you, than you need to assume she doesn't want the relationship anymore. most people have answering machines and you should leave her message & maturely tell her how you feel. if she doesn't want the relationship to end, that's a sure way to get her to call and maybe you both can talk about your situation.

If she won't talk to you, it sounds like you're already broken up. If you cannot speak with her face to face, then just drop her a short email saying something to the effect of "I cannot reach you by phone or speak to you face to face, so am just writing to let you know I wish you well in the future, and hope you meet someone you can be happy with. She'll get the message and you won't have said one ugly or unkind word...which is a bonus for you!
