there is a circus in town...it starts at 3:30PM to 6:30
the seats for the audience were in the left and staff room was
in the right
no audience got up and left
during the performance a clown dropped dead
at the same time a gun shot was heard at the right at 4:45PM
three suspects were reported
1)one of the audience
witnesses say they heard him insult the clown and in his bag
a pistol was found
2)a race judge
he and the clown were enemies for as long anyone could
remember....he sounded a gun to start the race at 4PM and worked all day until he had to go home at 6 PM
3)the staff
they thought he was extremely annoying and talked about killing him
though he was a big hit somehow he died
what happened?
who killed him?
use logic and also things that can lead you to your suspect
probably isn't told here...
hint: things are not what they seem
choose right and you get ten points or ******none******

It's a circus right?
The clown dropped dead, Right? You didn't say he was shot
A gun shot was heard but that doesn't mean someone was shot either. Right?
The clown probably had a heart attack

Hmmm.
Guy in audience has motive and ability, but shot was heard from staff room. Since he never left the audience area it could not have been him.
Race judge has motive and ability, but was at work.
The (meaning the only one) race, so only one shot would have occurred at 4pm.
Staff had opportunity, and shot was heard from staff room, but no motive and no gun.
Nothing is said that the clown died from a gun shot.
Nothing says that without the clown the circus wouldn't be able to carry on.
I would say that one of the staff recorded the start of the race, and then at a critical moment in the clown's high wire act, played the tape at high volume, distracting the clown and causing him to drop to his death.

i am going to guess the audience member. the reason i think the others didnt do it is because the race judge was at a race because he had to work and the staff couldnt have killed him because they knew how much a bit hit he was and he brought money. the shot was heard from the right but it was actually shot from the left but the sound echoed so it sounded like it was from the right and the race judges gun couldnt have killed him because a race gun never has live ammo
ohh by the way guy_from_britian your theory is wrong a bullet can not com back down and kill someone it is a proven fact
thank you koreankora

the race judge killed him, but not on purpose, allthough his bullet was shot at 4PM, it came back down from the air and nailed the clown 45 mins. later, the flaw there is that the audience at the circus would not have heard the gun shot, it says they heard it at 4:45
so if not then it was the staff, because it couldn't have been the audience if they were on the left and the bullet came from the right. and it couldn't have been the race judge if he was working from 4 till 6 while the clown was shot at 4:45

I'm guessing it was the race judge. The audience didnt move. The staff would of been working running the circus. After the race judge fired the shot to start the race he left and shot the clown before going home.
Can't wait till the answer comes out!!!!!!!!!!!!

the audience killed him with the gun because the race judge shot at 4 and not at 3:30 when the gun went off
