I was out in the sun for a few hours on saturday and I got these sore itchy spots on my face. It is in the shape of like wings. i know that sounds retarded- but that is the only way i can explain it. It looks like i have a butterfly spread out accross my rose and cheeks. It feels like sun burn tho(it isnt sunburn it is like little dots, i have never had a sun burn!). This morning when I woke up I had a bad headache and i felt terrible. I have also been sick a lot the past month or so. What is wrong with me? Please help?

its not sunburn. It does not look like sunburn. I cant really explain what it looks like- like really small dots. The dots are red, and in the shape of wings kind of over my cheeks and the bridge of my nose

you just describe a medical condition nicknamed Lupus. Go to the doctor right away and get a blood test. Lupus is a medical condition that causes the body to attack itself. You need to know what kind it is and what to do.

Sun burns and other rashes to the face can cause Headaches so can worrying or bad sleep. You can feel terrible if you get a bad Headache or also from poor sleep. Its probably nothing but I would go see a doctor if "anything" at all gets worse. You never know , try and think of other things it could be other then heat rash. Do some searches and view some images under yahoo images. Good luck.

Did you have any products on your face when you were out in the sun? I know that whenever I am out in the sun and am wearing something with Aloe in it, I breakout. You couldv'e been sensitive to something on your face that the sun reacted to. If it iches or burns, go get your self some spray on Benedryl. It works really well for burns like that.

You likely suffered from overexposure to the sun, it can make you quite sick with headaches and such. I would suggest staying out of the sun as much as possible and drinking lots and lots of water until it goes away. Also use moisturizer on the affected areas.
