Well they are not purebred. A bullmastiff and a mastiff are 2 totally different breeds. So what you have is a mutt that is going to resemble some sort of mastiff.

Hard to say what you can get for them. That usually depends on a lot of factors like if she is going to provide a health guarantee, whether they will be vaccinated before they leave etc etc etc...

Well without papers, they are not "purebred". So you are really asking, what price should she charge for some mastiff-type mutts. I would say $150 if they have their first set of shots from the vet.

Italian mastiff (Neapolitan mastiff) and bull mastiff are two different breed. So your mother has mixed breed pups. She might want to sell that pups fast. When they get bigger, nobody will take them. she should ask for $300 -$500; see if she can find buyer whom willing to put down deposit for pup. If she couldn't find buyers by 8 weeks, she should drop the price til she can find takers.

They need to go to the vet for first shots, check up's and hip checks. These dogs have a lot of hip problems. Since they are not purebred, I would guess about $300. $400. each. That's what they would sell for here. Upstate NY

Check the newspaper in the area that you live in and see what the going price is for them. Then charge that. It won't be as much as a what you could get for one with AKC papers. Females usually are worth more.

your mother should have found good homes for the puppies before breeding. since she didn't, the good home is better than the price asked. don't be a backyard breeder. there are enough poor examples of dog breeds, don't contribute to the poor examples by overbreeding and stupid breeding.
