In most cases it means a person who does unconventional acts in the bed, that can be maybe being good at performing cunning-lings, fellatio, or performing certain licking and sucking of various body parts not associated with the groin, but the rear aspects. A freak can also mean a person with long staying power either male or female, It can also mean a person or persons having sex with toys, and multiple partners. It can also mean a person who will do anything his or her partner or partners want. no matter how perverted.
