You may want to talk to your cardiologist before beginning any particular exercise. This applies to anyone, those in shape and not.

My suggestion would be nothing that would involve weights. At least not at first. Try stomach crunches. Don't worry about obtaining a high number. Start small and work your way up. Over time, you will begin to lose weight.
