Think about it like this. If you're all over your girl all the time, always making sure "she's okay", she is going to feel like it's really easy to get your attention and keep it, which for some reason in a girl's brain this means that you are less worthy of being with her than someone who ignores her more and does other things of that nature. So just resist the urge, act like you don't need her. Act like you could go out with anyone else you wanted to anytime you want to.

My friend is really REALLY clingy in relationships. So much that she's gotten dumped for it. It's a bad thing that you have to break yourself from. If you're making the person uncomfortable, it's not gonna work out. When you get into a relationship, give it time... don't automatically assume the girl is as interested as you are. That's what I found was the problem with my friend. She ASSUMED things... which led to a broken heart. Just make sure the girl is on the same level.

This is the answer to the question you asked as to why you can't sustain a relationship: you are too clingy.
It doesn't matter what people think too clingy is; obviously you are being too needy in relationships and you have to tone it down or you'll never be able to hang on to a decent girl.

too clingy.. thats a tough one, i spose it depends on the girl.. but when she feels like she cant go n e where or do n e thing w/o u wanting to know all about it.. she might feel like you're trying to control her.... but lettin her know that you love her, send her an sms or something everyday and let her know how you love her n miss her, just don't make her feel too trapped... and talk to her about it!!! if you say to her, look pplz have said to me i can b clingy... ask her what she things clincy means and how clingy u can afford 2 b with her, cuz everyone is different!

its ok to feel that way... sometimes you feel like the other person is going to disappear when your not looking so you try to hold on and theres nothing wrong with it... what i consider to be to clingy is ... calling about 15 times a day... or writing little love notes alllllll the time... or telling them you love them way to many times a day... on the flip side... 5 calls a day... a small amount of love notes hidden away for her or he to find.... and a few love yous... you'll see them by the end of the day... promise!!!

What I concider to clingy is someone who has to hang on me all the time, there is a time and place for everything, then again I guess it would all depend on your relationship. Just be yourself and if your partner doesn't like it they will let you know when it's to much.

Clingy will get you nowhere. Try a light touch on the shoulder or her hair. If she approves of your advances she will let you know.

by clingy do you mean you are hanging all over her? do not hang all over anyone. anyhow, my husband and i like each other (love too of course), so we like spending time with one another. we got married because we love each other and desire one another in a sexual way, but we also like to be together. we like hanging out together. so, just hang out, share passion AND be friends. i mean, isnt that why you get a mate? for all those reasons.
