95% is excreted within 5 days so probably around 7 days for all the drug to be eliminated. The effects wear off from each dose a lot quicker usually, depending on the dose and the route of administration (oral or I.V.).

Pharmacaological effect often wears off in 24 hours or less. Trace amounts can be detected in the blood for up to seven days

It depends, Is it in the pill form or The IV kind. I had to have the IV kind when i was having seizures I was messed up from it for a good 48 hours. And i don't know much about the pills.
