Iraq is still selling its oil to the same places that is has been selling it for the last 20 years, and it is not the USA.

So what is your point?

I hope the war won't go on that long! There is a lot of oil over there. Even if we import more , we can't refine it. The people that are so concerned with the environment are to blame. We have enough oil in Alaska , we could pipe here. What party do they beong too. Tell them , Thank You when you go to the gas station.
In case you don't know it we are digging up oil sands in Canada. Look this up, it's amazing ! This alone would keep us in oil for a very long time.
So no oil is not the determining factor as far as the war is concerned. We have always been friends with Israel and have backed them up since the Holocaust. I guess we feel bad about not backing them up then. They really don't need us , they do pretty good on their own, ( for such a very small country). They took a lot , lost 6 million of their people, They won't take it any more!

The Iraq war grew to become into particularly to get rid of Iraq's weapons of mass destruction plus kill the nuclear potential application which Iraq had going for some years even after the Israelis destroyed the preliminary application. The invasion of Iraq initially grew to become into to not seize Saddam Hussein and change Iraq right into a democracy. This grew to become into the Bush fallback place which went into result as quickly because of fact the individuals got here upon that they could not discover the WMD that have been positively shipped out of Iraq in basic terms till now the war began. in accordance to Israeli concepts and to what a generic who abandoned the Iraq military reported the WMD are someplace in Syria. Oil is area of the photograph yet not as much as human beings could think of because of fact we did not get that plenty oil from Iraq first of all. Oil is often area of any equation while it contains the middle east.

If you will look at history the anachist were active around the world just as Terrorist have been The anachartist got a foothold in Russia after the revolution and thus the USSR was born promising to bury the West. For a radical isalmic group to gain control of an oil rich country like Iraq vowing to destroy the USA, would make Russian treats seem hollow.. Somehow Iraq must be stablized and able to maintain law and order.and we cannot just walk out, some---- i don't have answers, but we cannot create chaos and walk off.

I think you are still misled into thinking this war was for oil. If it was why is Gas $3.00 per gallon. We have more oil than they do but Liberal weenies wont let us drill in Anwar to get it because of the silver backed spotted snow beetle. This war is about Tyrants that were raping and pillaging their own country and killing its citizens just because they dont belong to my tribe or church or temple....Mosque . Dont you get it, it is about FREEDOM .

And Israelites are the chosen people of my God and by my opinion they will never lose. And the USA being founded on Christian Values will always stand by Israel. as we should.

If Iraq had no more oil, of course the US would pull out. But, there is plenty of oil there.

We will never leave the middle east because there is an endless supply of oil there. No matter how many Americans die, no matter how many innocent women and children die, we will never leave the middle east. We will always want to run their countries and tell them how to run them.

The US thinks it has a mandate from God. Of course all countries feel that way, but our mandate says we should rule the world. Our way.

my honest opinion is we wont be pulling out of iraq for years because its not about oil or wmds' or terrorism, its about having a military base in the middle east as per the plans laid out by the PNAC. Israel is our ally and we will always back them i hope.

even if there is no more oil left, we will still be there to keep our military bases just in case of a war against iran or syria or anyone else in the middle east, just like we have bases in saudi arabia and afghanistan. but i doubt oil will run out pretty quickly.
