An 8 ball is = to 2 teeners (2x 1/16), in each 1/16 is 7 quarters ( 1/4) = to 14 quarters. The measurement pertains to Methamphetamine and the cost is about $250. What is usually done is, that is broken down into 1/4 and sold for $25. each. So if you buy an 8 ball and break it into 1/4 you will make a $100. profit. Also if you get caught by law enforcement, you could spend 1 to 25 years to life in prison for high level trafficking of a controlled dangerous substance. Drugs = Prison
