I am fool... its hard to say es[pecially since you think the guys in the UFC and PRIDE are teh best. those are jsut popular fighters ive seen fighters thousands of times more effiecient and better technique stronger and bigger in real life. So i wish people would stop saying the UFC people cause last time i checked not only do they not just let any one in there. They seem to only let people of combination ground work kikc boxing into it which is semi retarded considering its MMA. Mixed martial arts not kick boxing and jujitsu or kick boxign and BJJ. I would have to say the best fighter i know tahts MMA trained is Tom Wilde hear where i live. He couls beat the stuffing out of any one in the UFC and has the Technical knowledge to do better than any of them. The next closest MMA person that trains in a mixture of martial arts would Have to be my friend Stev! His technique strength and ability is of that of a master. So maybe we should quit picking people that are popular and pickign real people that weren't picked to fight cause maybe they look a little better than teh average person. Or some one you know thats not on steroids and has there own personal trainer for once.

Pride Fighting is great. Better than UFC overall. Better fighters. More multicultural. Quiet fans though. I'd say it's Mirco Crocop right now just because of his exciting fighting style. He's got one of the best kos i've seen. Future champ of the world.

Anyone who survives the Randleman murderslam, the Cro-Cop high kick, and has beat Big Nog.
Easy answer, he has mat work and stand up, really impressive to watch.
