diet pills, healthy diet by cutting down carbs & eating less red meat, reduce your sugar intake, liposuction, fasting which I don't recommend and the list goes on.
there are a lot of ways to lose weight and some are definitely not safe or smart, but unless you want a flabby body....you MUST exercise along with your weight loss to tighten and tone.
