For my teenage daughter, I got a solid colour white sheet set, then let her "TYE DYE" them. She decided to get a straw and "polka dot" her sheets her own way. They turned out really neat, and very personalized. I have also made a bedspread for her using "bandana's". I sewed them together to make a patchwork type quilt. Some of the bandana's where tye-dyed to match the sheets.
