who actually was smarter then he/she thought they were? I mean to them of little experience actually think they are the second coming of Einstein (even though alot of them don't know who I speak of).

Many teens are smarter than they realize. The teenage years are often very difficult, and a lot of teens have self esteem issues. That includes realizing their own intelligence.

I think it is very possible to come across a teenager who is has an IQ higher than he/she. I will not deny there are some very brilliant teens out there. Unfortunately, they lack life experience that goes with that knowledge. That can make all the difference on how they use and interpret the knowledge that they have learned. Just because someone has a higher IQ doesn't necessarily make them the smarter person. As we get older life experiences teaches us so much more than books can, it's called wisdom.
