You will get alot of mean jokes for this question. I don't know really what to do. Maybe Gastric Bypass? I used to drink... ALOT. I quit for a year, but felt strong enough to start again with moderation. My (now former) sponsor told me I can't do it. I asked why people with eating addictions can reform and STILL EAT!!! Be strong, talk to a dietition. I work out ALOT. It sucks and hurts badly for a month give or take. But you will find, when you begin to see results, it'll hook you. Good luck to you, now get out there and sweat for me girl!!!

First off, I can give you suggestions that worked for me, but ONLY YOU CAN HELP YOURSELF. AND ANOTHER BIGGIE, YOU HAVE TO WANT TO DO IT FOR YOURSELF , NOT FOR ANYONE ELSE! IF YOU DO IT FOR OTHER PEOPLE, IT'S NOT GOING TO WORK. It will lead to discouragement because you will think that you aren't losing it fast enough. Keep that in mind.
I used to weigh 280 because I had thyroid disease. I was constantly hungry and my thryoid was very slow. Once I was on my medication and I wanted to lose weight, my doctor gave me these suggestions. i have lost almost 100 pounds. I still have a little more to go, but the way I lost it is healthy , safe and it's common sense.
First thing you have to learn to limit your food intake. i am not saying starve yourself to death, I am saying just cut your intake down. Don't eat a lot of sugary or fatty foods, I still eat them, but not every day and I eat them in very small amounts.
Drink a lot of water, drink juice with low sugar. As far as excercise, talk to your doctor. What was recommended for me was a good brisk walk for 30 minutes a day 3 days a week. You gradually work your way up because if you try to do it at once you will get discouraged. Maybe start with a 1/4 of a mile. Then the next week increase it a little until you are walking a few miles a night.
People think that they have to excercise themselves and starve themselves in order to lose weight , that is not true.
Avoid the fad diets, you are just depriving yourself of the nutrients your body needs. Often times those diets are not balanced. Once you are off of these diets, you end up gaining the weight back.
Sometimes, depression may cause weight gain. You may want to talk to your doctor if you suspect depression. I was depressed from thyroid disease and once I was on the anti depressant a long with my thyroid meds, I felt much better and my cravings for sweets were curved as well.
Talk to your doctor. Remember there is no easy way . It takes motivation, it takes time it takes willpower and it takes effort.
Once you start losing the weight it will become easier and soon, you will think nothing of your new eating habits.
You might even have to go to Over Eaters Anonymous or Weight Watchers, they can motivate you and keep you going. It's not a bad thing or a thing to be ashamed of.
I wish you a lot of luck
It is really a shame that people overlook you because of your weight. People need to take the time to view the inner beauty of a person
Good luck! Hang tight! :0)

You need to work out an hour a day and if you don't want to lose weight, eat as many calories as you were eating before plus the amount of calories you burned while exercising. You'll gain muscle which will replace fat but you won't lose weight. You should gain it

the simple truth is that people are over weight because we eat to much,no matter how you try to figure it out or what anyone suggest to you you must accept that you must cut down on eating...that is the only way to start to understand on losing weght,find another hobby or way of dealing whit stress,get use to eating just to get bye,not for recreation...there will be times were you will fail,but do not ever give up,no body is born fat so there is no reason that we should be fat, over eating is probably more addictive than any drug out there ,so dont think it will be easy to cut down,,,the first few days are very diffucult ,but it does get easier ,do not give up ,the less you eat the less you gain,remember to eat only enough to get bye,do not starve yourself!!!! the problem is notthat a person eats,the problem is that you must not overeat.......most important info I am going to give is that this is not an overnight rememdy ,this is a lifestyle change that will take at least 6 months to a year ...life has alot more to offer you than just a tasty meal !!!most of all do it for yourself not for someone else...I tell you this from experience,I battle every day whit trying not to overeat I have good days and bad days,today I am having a good day...good luck,,,may the good lord be whit you...

The key is not eating all fat free foods, it's cutting back on servings and not eating large amounts of processed sugars and fat. Like, instead of Wonder Bread, try whole wheat bread, instead of a twinkie, try some fresh strawberries. It's ok to splurge sometimes, as long as you don't make a habit out of it. As far as exercise goes, you need not only muscle building exercises, like sit ups and push ups, but also cardio such as running, walking, or biking. Start small, like jog 30 seconds, walk a minute, and alternate for a full hour, until you can start running longer amounts of time and taking shorter breaks. Consult your physician and a local dietitian about the types of food and exercise is right for you, and above all, be positive. Tell yourself you can do it, and surround yourself with people who care about and support you. Good luck! =)

Hi! I think you should take your time and don't try to lose weight really quick or else it will come back real quick. Try changing your diet to more fruits and veggies. Also, try not to eat a lot of junk food, but you can eat it every once in a while but limit yourself. You should also workout 3-4 days out of a week at 30mins-1hr. You can make your workouts fun such as walking in a park, or riding your bike. Remember to drink lots of water and eat 3 meals per day with 2 snacks.....good luck! :)

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Weight loss tips
Today there is too much information available on losing weight that has become more confusing and sometimes difficult to follow. It’s actually very easy to lose weight if you follow my weight loss tips.
* Be in right frame of mind
Before you can start any diet program you need to be in the right frame of mind. If you do not feel good about yourself you probably will not want to choose healthy foods. You cannot expect the act of going on a diet to make you feel better about yourself. The only way you can choose to eat a healthy diet to lose weight is if you have a positive self-image.
* Eat whole food
Top weight loss tips
Eat whole foods that are as natural as possible. When you eat whole foods that are full of nutrients your body will know how much to eat and how much not to eat. You do not have to count calories because your body is a wonderful machine.
* Eat fresh fruit
Eat at least two servings of fresh fruit every day. Choose whatever type of fruit is in season.
* Drink enough water
Drink the best weight loss supplement known to man, water. Most people do not know the difference from being hungry for food or thirsty for water. A great deal of times people eat when they should drink. Most likely you will not feel as hungry if you are getting enough water. You will be satisfying the thirst, which is confused for hunger. Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.
* Always chew your food
Always chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps aid in digestion.
* Take small meals
Eat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal.
* Include protein at meal
Include good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.
* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!
* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

Liposuction is probably the best way to go in your case. But if you want to lose the weight the natural way (no side effects later on in life), then it will take anything from 6months to 2 years. Eat organic food, eat lots of fruits & vegetables,..have a salad with natural vinegar (no dressing - that is bad). Don't ignore other foods, just eat in balance. Exercise... join a gym. Hope I helped.
