Whether you are searching for answers, happiness, or peace, or even love and a partner, how is your searching going? I believe life is a search for knowledge or for God or many things. We are all searching. I search daily for ways to love and serve God and to be a positive influence in the lives of all I meet.
Peace Be With You,
Deba

It's going very well, thank you for asking :) My spiritual knowledge is growing by the day, and though I'm not perfect I'm becoming happier, healthier, and more confident all the time.

Dear Dena - good question. I have to respond that I am no longer searching for anything. When Jesus 'found me' and came into my heart - the search was over. Now, I read and study His word and pray and daily he reveals to me his will for my life. His will is his Word and all I have to do is read his Word in order to discover the will. He wills for me to love others and Jesus has loved me. To judge not - but to look at each person, good or bad, no matter what color, race, creed, religion, status in life, as He would look at them. And I keep in mind daily that my life was a mess before he found me and gave me a chance to turn it around - and it is my job to help others - to guide others, to serve others (an in serving others, I am serving him) for he said that we are his eyes and feet - and that the greater works we would do are available to us through his power. Just think Deba - we are exchanging love and peace and exhorting one other in his love through the use of the Internet...they didn't have internet in Jesus day - his three years on earth was very short and the distance he traveled was no where in comparision to where we are able to go now with planes, cars, buses, trains, and 'internet' - so we are doing his will right now and I am so glad that he is pleased with both of us. Peace be with you as well.

I'm not really searching for anything.

Life happens, and I make of it whatever I want. I didn't search for my boyfriend, but he and I happened across each other and have happened to be together since. I haven't searched for God because there seems to be no reason for me to presume that he might be found. I haven't searched for a meaning of life—it seems obvious to me that the meaning of it is to make it worthwhile, by enjoying your own and if possible helping others to enjoy theirs.

Spending so much time searching would take away from my time for -living-.

My search ended long ago when I discovered the meaning of life. To create and to Nurture. Life begets life and life cares for its offspring and family in some for or another. Almost all dilemas can be brought in this context. Create vs. Destroy and when necessary to destroy to nurture the environment of destruction.

As for the search for a creator. It's a pointless quest unknowable in this lifetime.

Theres been many ups and downs.I believe there are stages we go through and hopefully we will grow in kindness and learn how to get along with others. Its something new to deal with everyday but as you get older you dont sweat the small stuff as much knowing theres a better place than this that all of us will go to someday.
