im a green card holder, how long should i wait for me to be able to pettition my gf? ..what about the fiance visa? how long should i wait for me to get her with this visa?

A permanent resident cannot petition for a fiance, only for a spouse. IF you marry her and then petition for her, she will be an F2A immigrant. She can also apply for a V non-immigrant visa so as to be able to join you sooner. Here are the procedures and FAQs for both.

You can ask for her now put it will take too long.
If you eant to become a united state citizen you have to wait five years and then you can ask for her.At that point you can use the fiancee visa. Its better and the wait is shorter.
